The computer rental package includes a laptop, power adapter, carrying case (either a handbag or backpack), management and internet security software (XCitium), and Microsoft 365 Business Standard, which provides access to cloud-based office productivity software.

Partial rentals are available, and you also have the option to purchase specific system management services.

  • The lease agreement is of the rental type. Once the lease term is completed, the computer devices must be returned to the lessor.
  • The software, including device management, antivirus protection (Xcitium) and office productivity suite (Microsoft 365), is offered for rental in a subscription-based format with an annual fee. The lessee has the option to pay the subscription fee to continue using the services.

If you wish to purchase computer devices and other equipment to become company assets, you can notify us before entering into the lease agreement. We can then arrange the lease agreement as a lease-to-own arrangement. Upon completion of the lease agreement as specified, the devices will become assets of the lessee company.

3.1) In the case of leasing computer equipment, the lessee will receive hardware support from the manufacturer. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone or through remote assistance, the manufacturer will send a team to the user's location within 1 business day after receiving notification via phone. The terms and conditions of the manufacturer's support and resolution will apply, provided that the damage is caused by the manufacturer, such as hardware-related issues. Damages caused by the user, such as dropping, breaking, or water damage, will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

3.2) In the case of leasing computer equipment along with Blesssky Managed Service, the lessee will receive hardware support from the manufacturer, similar to what was mentioned in section 3.1. Additionally, the lessee will also receive software support from Blesssky. This includes assistance with issues such as Windows not starting, application/program problems, file sharing issues, printing errors, and internet connectivity problems. There are two methods of resolution available: remote assistance, which provides the quickest problem-solving approach, and if the issue cannot be resolved through remote assistance, expert engineers from Blesssky will be dispatched to the user's location for on-site troubleshooting.

  • The SLA for remote assistance resolution is within 4 hours.
  • The SLA for on-site resolution is within 1 business day.

Yes, it Is. We will analyze and provide support for issue resolution. However, if the issue is specific to the software itself, the lessee will need to contact the software owner directly for resolution. Blesssky is willing to participate in discussions with the lessee and the software owner to help facilitate a prompt resolution and restore functionality.
