Apple Product Warranty Policy
- Warranty conditions follow the manufacturer’s policy.
All Apple devices come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date the customer receives the product from the shipping provider. - The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Products with minor cosmetic marks that may occur during the manufacturing process may still be considered within acceptable quality standards. In such cases, refunds or product replacements cannot be requested. Customers can review Apple’s official warranty terms at www.apple.com
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including using the device outside the intended purpose or not following the instructions provided in the product manual. It also does not cover damage such as cracked, broken, chipped, or damaged screens, water damage or liquid entering the device, accidents, natural disasters, severe impact, or dropping the device.
- The warranty will also be void if the device has been modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized personnel, or if non-standard accessories or components are used. In addition, the warranty does not cover external cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or physical damage caused by impact.
- Apple products can be serviced directly at Apple Authorized Service Providers in Thailand or at iCare service centers, which currently operate 25 locations across the country.
- The company reserves the right not to accept product returns for refunds once the device has been activated, such as when a SIM card has been inserted and the device has been used (unbricked). In such cases, the product will be sent for service at an authorized service center.
